We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of listings from housing cooperatives, nor for any decisions you make based on information found on our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwissCoHousing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the Service or other users.
